Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process, pack and deliver your order. By placing an order with apwindia.com you agree to the terms below.

Order processing & delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of being placed, depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free shipping.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards and net banking) as well as Cash on Delivery across serviceable pin codes in India. A COD handling fee of ₹250 applies per order and is added at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Prepaid orders are not charged this fee.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you the courier name and tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Delays

Deliveries may occasionally take longer due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed. Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct — we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
